Labor Day BIG RUN. No race LD weekend, but we meet @9:30 for a Lydiard Run. FOLLOW UP Small turn out - 3 boys & Michelle. They did variations on a loop down to Eastern Ave. UP UP UP Stanley Ave. hill, Ault and back to Smith Rd. UDF Michelle and Tyler got close to 14 Miles, others did 11. Good efforts by everybody. AND we didn't really lose anybody. Did we? Logan? Where's Logan? |
